後記
話說寫這篇日誌時, IE一共不回報了5次...就算是有save...都重打了5次...天啊!!只是想放一點點圖片而已...

彩虹氣泡公測了不久, 因為是回合制, 而且可以捉自己喜歡的寵物, 更可以合成新的品種, 所以伯伯都很喜歡~

在合成寵物上, 大家一定要留意! 不可以亂合啊~ 亂合的話能力值大多很亂而且不好用.

比如說, 寵物的能力是力智! 這樣就不好發揮出功用了~

在這, 先跟一家說一下寵物的屬性:

火 = 力量 紅色青蛙
木 = 體質 抹茶麻吉
水 = 智慧 仙人掌(?)
土 = 精神 史萊母系(?)
金 = 敏捷 鴨子

沒試過:父親金狼+母親草莓麻吉+使用模具=火狼(?)

試過失敗的:

最近真的忙透了! 上星期有兩個測驗, 今個星期有Present, 下星期則兩個Present, 加上無限量的Assignment, 害我出現生理不正常! 快升天了...

Today we will make a apple tart. It's very easy and convenient to make. We will use a 15cm tart mould for it. I copy some step in my cooking book - Desserts for the Beginners.


This is my apple tart method. It would be a easy version.
What we need for?


Tart mould
15cm tart mould

Tart Pastry
80g unsalted butter
165g soft flour (I suggest you 165g flour because 160g for 80g butter are too wet)
10g sugar
2g salt
55g ice water

Filling
2 green apples
30g sugar(If the apple taste sour, please add more sugar)
30g butter

Please prepare 1 egg to stick the paste.


Method
Pastry:
1. Sift soft flour, add in sugar and salt. Then dice butter into 1cm cubes and rub with flour, sugar and salt until breadcrumbs form. Pour in ice water mix with the lump then knead gently dough. Put the dough into zipper storage bag and refrigerate for half an hour.
Filling:
2. Peel green apple and cut into 1 cm cubes. Melt butter. Add in apple until apple change to write colour. Then add suger until apple become soft. Set aside to cool.

Synthetize
3. Preheat oven to 200℃
4. Take out the pastry dough and divide in halves. Roll 1 portion into a circle with 20cm in diameter. Put 1 piece into the tart mould and fix the edge firmly with fingers.
5. Pour the cool apple filling into the tart mould
6. Roll another dough and put it over the filling of the tart. Cut some pattern on the side of tart. Knead the side of the mould with and make some edge with knife.
7. Brush some egg on the tart top.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 40minutes until golden brownish
